Meet the Minds Behind valoryphendro
Our founders bring decades of combined experience in financial education and practical budgeting wisdom. They believe that financial literacy shouldn't be complicated—it should be accessible, engaging, and built for real life.
Celeste Moreau
Celeste spent fifteen years working with Canadian families who were drowning in debt, helping them find their way back to financial stability. She noticed that most budgeting advice was either too theoretical or too restrictive to stick with long-term.
Her approach focuses on building sustainable habits rather than perfect spreadsheets. Before founding valoryphendro, she developed budgeting workshops for community centers across Saskatchewan, where she discovered that people learn money management best through hands-on practice and peer support.
Ramona Sinclair
After managing finances for small businesses throughout rural Canada, Ramona realized that entrepreneurs and families face many of the same money challenges—cash flow, unexpected expenses, and planning for the future without crystal ball predictions.
She brings a practical, no-nonsense perspective to financial education. Ramona believes that budgeting should feel like a useful tool, not a punishment. Her background in adult education helps her create learning experiences that actually stick with people after they leave the classroom.
Our Teaching Philosophy
Real-World Focus
We use actual scenarios and case studies from Canadian households, not textbook examples that feel disconnected from daily life.
Progress Over Perfection
Small, consistent improvements in money management create lasting change. We celebrate progress and help you build momentum.
Supportive Community
Learning alongside others who share similar financial goals makes the journey less isolating and more encouraging.
